The Information We Gather
TSP collects information from you (“Your Information”) at several different points on the Sites in your registration and use of the services and content of the Sites. In order to access portions of the Sites, you may be required to register and provide information such as your name, e-mail address, and demographic information such as your age, gender, occupation and zip code. Some of your information may be incorporated into a user profile that may be available to users of the Sites to view whenever you post a message on the TSP Blog. Please note that information you post to the TSP Blog including your user profile, will be available for any visitor to the Sites, and is therefore no longer private. TSP reserves the right to publish posts to the TSP Blog in other formats. You will also be asked to provide information in connection with your purchase of products that may be available for sale on the Sites. You may be asked by TSP or the applicable third party to supply certain information, including, but not limited to, credit card or other payment information.
We may from time to time employ small computer files, commonly known as “cookies,” to assist in the collection of Your Information. Cookies enable the Sites to recognize you upon your return to the Sites, access Your Information stored on our computers, customize our services and content to your interests and increase you convenience in visiting the Sites. We may also collect IP addresses (the location of your computer on the Internet) to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track a user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
How We Use The Information That We Gather
Third Party Content and Services
TSP uses reasonable security methods to protect the data that resides on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable. TSP cannot warrant or guarantee the security of its servers, nor can it guarantee that information that Members supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to TSP over the Internet. When our registration/order form asks users to enter credit card numbers, that information is encrypted. Also, keep in mind that whenever you participate in a publicly available online blog you provide information that can be collected and used by others that you do not know for the purpose of distributing unsolicited communications. TSP cannot guarantee the security of such information that you disclose in the TSP Blog and you do so at your own risk.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If you wish to change your registration information or no longer desire to use our Sites, we allow you to correct, update or remove the personal data that you provided, by emailing us at email@example.com with a request to change your registration information. Keep in mind, however, that there will be residual information that will remain within TSP's databases, access logs, and other records, which may or may not contain such personally identifiable information.
